Bicycle Lab is based in Carrboro, North Carolina. Carrboro is located in the Triangle region that includes Raleigh, Durham, and Chapel Hill. We have clients that come from all over the eastern, southeastern U.S. and beyond.

Victor Jimenez is the driving force behind Bicycle Lab, and Karma Bicycles; and an expert at understanding bicycles and how people interact with this machine. After years as a Triathlete, then Bike racer, American College of Sports Medicine trainer and fitness testing specialist he began to apply his ideas to bicycle fit. Victor studied bike fitting in the mid eighties with “The Fit Kit” founder, as well as some of the most respected builders in the country. Over the years Victor also has become a frame builder, master mechanic and teacher of all things related to cycling

20+ years ago he founded a high end retail bicycle store to supply custom fit bicycles to Triathletes, and Road racers. He has also been an importer and distributor of bicycles, taught clinics on bicycle fit, repair, frame selection, and riding skills to enthusiasts, coaches and teams.

Victor is a presenter for USA triathlon coaching certification and works with many coaches and athletes to improve technical skills on the bike.
