by Victor 2 Comments

cycling360media.com logoVictor is now Co-host of the cycling 360 podcast

Things have been busy around the Lab. Victor has teamed up with Darryl Koytk from lovingthebike.com and coach Rob Grissom from postiiveperformancecoaching.com to co host the cycling360 podcast.

We are really trying to crate a show that is both entertaining and educational. Each show we dive into a topic that is related to cycling and if you listen enough you will actually become a better cyclist. In the future we will have shows on bicycle fit,  training techniques, equipment reviews, interviews, plus just a lot of fun. We have several other things planned so stay tuned.

So far we have show on cycling for weight loss, getting started in racing, and breaking through plateaus.

Please head over to the cycling360 web site and subscribe to the podcast and sign up for the mailing list to stay updated on the latest shows and events..

Thanks guys for the great podcast produced. Thanks for answering my question also about bike computers also from a few weeks ago. I was looking at the Bontrager Node, but decided to go with a Garmin Edge 500. I look forward to all the latest podcast and actually stumbled across Victor on Youtube and followed my way to this site. Great information. If I have any other questions, I will be contacting you guys again.

    Thanks again and happy riding,

    Derrick
